UPPCL Commercial Per Unit Rate 2025-26
In the state of Uttar Pradesh, commercial consumers are divided into two categories, one is rural and the other is scientific. Rural consumers are those who come below the village panchayat and they have a 7.5% discount. Similarly, urban consumers who do business in urban areas come under this category. Therefore, they pay 7.5% more than the village panchayat consumers who pay electricity bills. The highest unit rate among them is eight rupees.
Connected Load Below 1 KW
At the same Way, if your connected load is less than one kilowatt, you will get a discount of one rupee, which means that these benefits are only for rural consumers, who pay an electricity bill of seven rupees per unit.
Similarly, rural and urban commercial consumers are paying their electricity bills to others at the rate of 200 rupees per kilowatt for fixed chargers and 250 rupees per watt.
This is not applicable to urban consumers.
Connected Load Above 1 KW
For Contracted Load Up to 4 kW the consumer shall pay Energy Charge as Rs. 9.50/kWh and Fixed charges of Rs. 450.00 / kW/ month and Above 4 kW the Fixed Charge is Rs. 545.00/kW/month and energy Charge is Rs. 10.00/kWh
