Initial Acceleration Calculator, Formula, Initial Acceleration Calculation

Initial Acceleration Calculator:

Enter the values of Average Acceleration AA(m/s2) & Final Acceleration Af(m/s2)  to determine the value of Initial Acceleration Ai(m/s2).

Enter Average Acceleration: m/s2
Enter Final Acceleration: m/s2

Result – Initial Acceleration: m/s2

Initial Acceleration Formula:

The Initial Acceleration Ai(m/s2) in meter per second square is equal to the Value of 2 into multiply the Average Acceleration AA(m/s2) in meter per second square to subtracted by the Final Acceleration Af(m/s2) in meter per second square.

The Formula of Initial Acceleration can be written as,

Ai(m/s2) = 2 * AA(m/s2) – Af(m/s2)

Here,

Ai(m/s2) = Initial Acceleration in meter per second square

AA(m/s2) = Average Acceleration in meter per second square

Af(m/s2) = Final Acceleration in meter per second square

Initial Acceleration Calculation :

1)Calculate the Initial Acceleration and given for Average Acceleration = 100m/s2 , Final Acceleration = 30m/s2.

Answer

Ai = 2 * AA – Af

Ai = 2 * 100 – 30

Ai = 140m/s2.

2)Calculate the Final Acceleration and given for Average Acceleration = 100m/s2 , Initial Acceleration = 140m/s2.

Answer

Ai = 2 * AA – Af

140 = 2 * 100 – Af

Af = 30m/s2.
