This only applies to commercial electricity. Clinics, commercial establishments, heating and power companies, hospitals, x-ray shops, hotels, restaurants, lodges, and boarding houses, wedding halls, inns, permanent cinemas, semi-permanent cinemas, petrol pumps, and oil storage stations, banks, telephone exchanges, television stations, microwave stations, All India Radio, antennas, public telephone booths, farms, computer centers, photo studios, color laboratories, photo studios, railway workshops, except bus stands, workshops, all offices, police stations, shopping malls, lifts in shopping malls, complexes, battery charging stations [except EV battery charging stations], post offices, bakery shops, beauty salons, government, and Water resources, pumps, and street lights not covered under LT 6, except for sports stadiums maintained by local bodies, cyber cafes, internet surfing, call centers, telecommunications, IT, medical transcription centers, hotels not covered under LT 1, residential accommodation, lodges, concrete

The tariff schedule is applicable to all areas. Its details are Fixed charges- Rs 215. Energy charges 700 paisa. That is, seven rupees per kilowatt.

Above 5 kilowatt and less than 150 kilowatt. The fixed charge is Rs 235 per kw per month. Energy charges 700 paisa. That is, seven rupees per kilowatt.

Consumers in the Gram Panchayat area will be given a discount of 20 paise per unit but the panchayat areas falling under the Urban Development Authority will not be eligible for this concession.

Filmmakers carry their necessary cinema equipment and accessories to the location where they are filming, and the same goes for foreign shooting units. They all have to pay LT-1 electricity bill.
